This is an opportunity to spend about 30 minutes to discuss your career and how the Emerging Normal may impact it.  This session will combine coaching skills, business expertise and insight into successful careers to provide you with a perspective that will enable you to navigate your job search more effectively.

I have been in the recruiting industry from more than 25 years, founder of my own firm, and am President of Cornerstone International Group, a global human talent organization.  Clients range from multi-national, Fortune 500 to privately owned, locally-focused organizations.

We help identify, recruit and develop key leaders that are critical for organizations’ future success.  I have been a coach for approximately 10 years, holding the International Coach Federation’s ACC Credential, and have coached successful leaders throughout North America.

Sharing knowledge and expertise with transitioning individuals, helping them prepare for the future in these challenging times, is a commitment to give back to people and society.

During this discussion the individual will gain insight and clarity on his/her job search and career trajectory.
